Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Room for Couple, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to your use of this website or the services provided herein.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000. This agreement is also subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Binding Effect: This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
